Hey y’all! I’m Lili, the baker behind Betty Lou’s. I’m originally from Brandon, Mississippi, and went to Mississippi State, where I met my husband. He was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, and after we got married in October 2025, we made it our home.

Betty Lou’s Bakery started as a class project my last semester of college and turned into something much bigger. In the summer of 2025, I began baking cookies out of my home kitchen to bring to client meetings for my full time sales job. What started as a simple, different touch quickly grew into something I genuinely enjoy.

There’s nothing better than handing someone something homemade and watching their face light up. That’s what pushed me to bring Betty Lou’s to life alongside my career.
